Hamam

The hamam in Kavarna is a completely restored Turkish bath turned into a museum. It was built in the 15th century, all made of stone, with a massive dome and has been preserved to the smallest details. This is why you can learn more about the thermal and water installations, and have a look at the changing rooms.

In addition, the Dobrudzha and the Sea exhibition is arranged here. It includes various objects discovered on the Dobrudzha coasts over the years – a gold treasure, amphorae, stone anchors, coins. Thanks to this you can easily imagine what the life of the people in these places had been for thousands of years.
